We had to call customer service for an issue and the gentleman was quick, helpful, professional and kind. He resolved our issue and we got on our way. He did a great job!

The location was great. The gentleman working was extremely helpful and professional and patient. However, the service I received from U-Haul was terrible. I never got the code I needed to get the key out of the lockbox, the app crashed when I was trying to do my return so I never got to submit anything to verify that that there was no damage, and that the fuel level was where it was supposed to be.

I rent at three from the area. Vehicles clean inside. A few minutes late but well before her next reservation. She seemed quite agitated no friendly disposition. She said she is preconceived as a Karen (not friendly to folks of color) I guess to put me on notice. It's a shame people are not understanding of uhaul needs. I am a good regular user of uhaul and returned the vehicle fully fueled.

After hours web site down so I had to use the 1-800 number. No sign for key drop off or where to leave truck. Tried calling the next day multiple times, no answer. Called 1-800 number again they couldn’t reach store either. Finally went back to store so I could get a receipt.
