The self-service option for this location was challenging. Thankfully I was connected to Madison via the U-Store customer service line. She walked me through the process on my phone as the app would not send me my verification code to my phone. The main issue was that the PIN location for the truck was in a field next to the Self Storage location. I had to walk around the building through a field and try to find the PIN. It was quite strange. Once I found the PIN, the app was easy to navigate. Madison stayed on the phone with me the entire time, which was so nice. I also struggled unlocking the MasterLock. All in all, the truck itself worked well and was the perfect size for my son's apartment move in - just the initial process was stressful and very time consuming.

Gas in contract said tank was 3/8 full. Only a 1/4 tank of gas was in U-Haul upon pickup. They made me pay extra money upon drop off. Terrible service from original location that never had the truck and second location that has the keys in a lock box. Would not recommend. I felt scammed.
