I waited over an hour for my trailer hook up. Then the woman from store said the guy was on lunch and it would be another hour before he was here. I asked if she could help me lift it on my hitch. She did and fastened everything when I got to the drop off location. Gentleman said everything was hooked wrong. Safety cables were not crisscrossed. The lights were not working. It was just a mess. The safety pin was not in. Also on my way to my destination, I called U-Haul 3 times to change drop off location and was disconnected all three times. Thankfully the gentleman at St. Petersburg location was able to help me .

This location should be closed! The uhaul rep is not on site. I never had opportunity to review contract. The uhaul rep scribbled my "signature". Upon review after i received via app, i noted that it was not correct vehicle info. When I asked about assistance getting trailer hooked up, he asked if I had someone with me. He said the gas station store worker could help me. I insisted he provide uhaul assistance. Then he sent someone (arrived on bicycle) to connect. That person only put trailer on hitch and connected chains (incorrectly). Once I fixed chains I connected electric. The electric connector was damaged, so running lights only worked intermittently. Had to monitor every time I stopped on trip. Overall, this pickup was the worst ever!! I will never go to this location again!! It should be shut down!!
Wendy CThe agent for that location was not at the location. And when the clerk got in touch with him via phone he was bot able to check out the rental. He suggested to do a self check out. I attempted 12 times via the app and eventually had to call customer support. My pick up was at 9 am and didn’t leave there till 9:45. The agent sucked, the app sucked even more. I rent trucks for my business and will not ever recommend U-Haul to anyone.

Paul HWhen I dropped off my trailer at the same location I picked up from I was told I cannot leave it there and was told to take it somewhere else. They said they would fine me $300 if I leave it there. They were yelling and using profanity while I tried to contact U-Haul directly. This location is super sketchy. I won’t be going back.

Jeff MWe had to wait probably 15-20 mins for the counter girl to get ahold of the u-haul rental person who was offsite. Then there wasn’t an appliance dolly (which we were told isn’t the facilities fault). We rented the trailer with an appliance dolly to pick up appliances :/ made it really difficult.

Johan SThis place is just a connivence store. I entered and asked about the truck. The clerk turned away and made a phone call. She came back and said "he wants to talk to you". (What in the world is this?) This guy who was very hard to understand texted me a link to take a pic of my license. We got through all that then he said all my receipts would be emailed to me and "let me talk to the girl". She took the phone and turned away, talked and hung up. She handed me a key and just looked at me. No paperwork, nothing. I'll be renting another truck soon but won't be going there. Sketchy place. Also the truck was 45 miles to empty on the gauge.

manuel lDrop‑off was incredibly easy. There’s plenty of space for the trucks, so getting in and out was no trouble at all. Also, its a gas station so can fill fuel tank if needed.
RANDY NI was extremely pleased with the prompt service both with the represenative over the phone when I made the reservation and the storefront rep where I rented my 15' truck. Although the bed was full of sand and not swept out, it did not discourage me from a 5 minute sweep before we started to load. The truck was in good shape and easy to drive. M. Colburn
