Receptionist wanted to constantly talk, truck had multiple water leaks, electrical on the truck kept turning off, engine smelt like it was overheating and when I went to return the truck during business hrs the place was locked and nobody would answer the phone

Nadir HI needed to rent a appliance dolly, I called the location and spoke to Mr. Oscar, he was very professional and courteous over the phone, he made the reservation over the phone, I went over there to collect it and he loaded it into my SUV. I took it back the evening and again he came out and assisted me. Mr. Oscar went above and beyond. I recommend this location at Ambassador Autoplex in Rosenberg. And by the way this is a new location, super clean as well.
