Due to a language barrier, I found it difficult to communicate and understand the store worker. I had to wait my turn as he was checking out customers in the convenience store. I did communicate with a uhaul representative over the phone to complete my reservation. I could have done this personally on my phone instead on the noise in the store.

Penney TThis location was ok but I had issues with the first location no one told me it was close weekends even 800 customer service told me it could be as I sat at the location I talk to two different reps ine before I went to the location the day before after I saw they was close the weekend the day I took it back neither were aware the location wasn't 24/7 drop off. This redicolous. I could've plan better instead it cost me money I didn't have to spend all because I got wrong information from people who should have known better.
