I have never been to a location where in house staff was not knowledgeable with Uhaul. There is no orange drop box and I did not feel comfortable providing any information to store clerk who told me I did not have a reservation. I was able to change to an online pick up to which I would highly suggest people use. Uhaul was great but this location was not.

I didn’t understand why the location on Vernon Rd. Lagrange Ga. Charge me $194 and the U-Haul website charged me $120 plus.

norman wLet’s just start off by saying I should have read reviews . I went to get my U-Haul and upon getting it it wasn’t a full tank ! Then when I started to move the $15 dolly I paid for wasnt there so I called customer service and got a refund for $17 . Welles go by my card has been charged 4 time for 200 dollars . Apparently this location says I never returned a dolly that was never there to begin with . I tried calling location to get clarification and was sent to voicemail a plethora of times.
Niya aConvenience store operator could not speak English. When he finally understood I was there to pick up trailer, he pointed to it. When I asked if I didn't need to sign paperwork he said no, no...email, email. He did not help hook up trailer, inspect or help test lights. When I got home with the trailer a few minutes later, I had an email. I had previously received a $55 quote for my reservation, but received a $85 charge, $25 insurance which i did not want and a contract signed by someone other than me. I contacted customer service to express my concern about this location and falsification of contract.
