Everything was great, the van was clean, inside and out. You may want to check the transmission, sometimes there was just a hesitation in putting it in gear but other than that it drove great. I will be back!!Edna R.

The agent hooked up the trailer to the ball on my vehicle. The ball on my car was to small for that trailer hitch. It clunked very badly every time I put on the brakes. I was very lucky to make that 41/2 hour trip without that thing jumping off that ball. I was not aware that this was the problem the entire trip. Due to a computer clitch, the agent in Rockwell could not give me written confirmation that I returned the trailer, I have called every contact number on the UHaul web page ,and I cannot get written confirmation that I returned it. This has been a nightmare for the second time with Uhaul. I will never use Uhaul again. Last time the person who disconnected the trailer for me when I returned it did not check it in. They then charged extra on my credit card which I did not authorize. The trailer was sitting there on the lot the whole time Make sure you get return confirmation.SHIRLEY P.

The only thing is to correct the address! It is actually located at 400 W Arlington Blvd; not 408. The address as it stands now, takes you to the high school athletic field. Please update that asap! Otherwise, it was a pleasant experience. The truck was ready to go!Donyaton K.

My favorite U-Haul rental location (since the one closest to my house that was just as friendly burned down in a suspicious fire!) My only complaint, and this is for U-Haul in general, not this specific location; is I keep doing the pre-check in, and the information I provide isn't making it to the pickup location. For instance my driver's license picture isn't ever there. Also I always get the insurance, yet they ask me again if I want the insurance.George S.

Sign said mask required, agent wore mask below his nose. Chain hookup for trailer was not by specs, I changed to comply with instructions after leaving lot. On the good side, very friendly and patient with me when I misunderstood electrical hookup.Willis C.

I firmly believe I was swapped for a lesser piece of equipment. I was shown a very nice 5x8 with good tie down supports inside, a new hitch and chains, and "barn doors". The man I rented from ( although he was nice ) appeared to look closely at the wiring and said " i think you have a wire cut here." I did NOT double check him as I assumed he was being honest. He acted like he checked everything and then he said " all lights are good except the right turn signal". He then said " Im sorry but I have to swap you to that one over there." This trailer, we found out later, had a taillight out ( after he "checked them" . The garage style door I was swapped to was rusty, hard to open and beat up. The inside had little strips of wood that were for "tie down" were unable to be used as they were glued to the side of the trailer and kept pulling away. I had to use the metal rings on the floor of the trailer. Overall, I feel I was given a "bait and switch" in order to keep the better trailer on his lot and send this one to Tennessee. the product was delivered safely and we were able to make decent time but I am not happy in retrospect as to how we needed up with this trailer. There were blankets in the trailer we received. We hadn't ordered any nor did we use them. it did, however, bring questions to mind as to whether or not the trailer had been inspected when returned from the previous renter. Seems like that would be a given that they would be checked to insure they were clean, nothing objectionable had been left, and nothing valuable was left.Charles B.
