My overall experience was poor. My reservation was for the location In Rocky Mount, however upon arriving the rep stated that the trailer was at another local spot. The rep called the other location and the trailer was not operable. The rep called dispatch and they found a trailer in Greenville one hour away south. Using this new location way out of my cost me 3 hours of my time, cost me $45 in extra payments for my hourly worker and was not able to complete my project that day. Create a hybrid checkout process that involves human oversight. There was a gas shortage and I was unable to fill the tank, but was charged a full gas refueling fee in the app. This is despite the fact that the tank was not full when I picked it up and I drove a total of 13 miles throughout the rental. Making the $12 fee excessive given the circumstance. Best, QMQuintin M.

You lost a customer today because I was told that I could pick this truck up on Sunday at 3:45 and if it was back by 6 on Monday I would be charged for one day. I called at at 5:30 and told the attendant on duty I would be there at 6:15. I was told to drop the key in drop box and I would not be charged for another day. The gentlemen this morning said i would be because the truck was not back by 3:45. I have used this location for some time. But I will be using another truck rental in future. The price has gone from 69 to 89 cents a mile anyway and I understand things go up but that is a big jump at once. But I was willing to paid even though I could have gotten a cheaper rate. I do use rental trucks often because I am in the auction business. I have enjoyed doing business with this location and the people but I will be using someone else in future.
