The truck was clean, and nice however the wiper blades were no good and we got caught in extremely heavy rains. Had to put tape on the wiper blades to be able to see..made for a dangerous situation.

The gas tank was not full. I drove a total of twelve miles and did not idle at all, yet somehow it took 3 gallons of gas to fill that. If that truck were to get 5 miles to the gallon, it still wouldn’t have taken 3 gallons to fill it, yet I am told that if I don’t return it at full I will be charged almost $5 per gallon. I expected that I would have a full tank given that rule, but I didn’t and obviously nobody really checked all that hard.

No issue with this location, original location I scheduled to pick up from and had confirmation for did not have a trailer. Arrived at Mosley Dr location and found no it trailer and he said he sent it back the Wednesday prior to be rescheduled. Call the 800 number and they say my reservation was canceled after being on hold for an excessive time. Was finally able to get the reservation moved to new location which should have been done before I went to pick up. Staff at new location was great as always and will schedule to pick up from them in the future even though oh t is farther out of my way.
