Exelent service and happy fot help at all customers
Enrique SI could recommend this location just cause., the attendant was very kind and courteous. She attended to me quickly and very efficiently. I even called her about the problem with the check engine light being on., she told me that there was no problem and that I could continue driving it as it was. However, I didn't feel safe and preferred to return it the same day. Unfortunately, I didn't finish my move, but I'm going to try to do it this weekend. Thanks.

BAHRAM MThe spring assist on the rear roll up door was not connected to the door. This made opening and closing the rear door difficult and dangerous. This was not the fault of the rental facility.

Larry AThe truck I rented was driving rough and I did notice the light that it was due for an oil change and that didn't sit well with me because if something was to happen to the engine while I had it, well let's just say I don't like drama. Also when I called the first number which was maybe dispatch I was told that I only had to pay for the truck and miles, certainly nothing about insurance and also I was told that U haul would honor AAA discount and that was a lie. I felt cheated but I was in a desperate situation so I did what I felt I had to do at the time which I was running out of time.

ALEJANDRO UWindows had to be cleaned before I could drive the unit. Staff did not seem to care. I would definitely not use this location again.

SEAN WIt was a park and drop type place. Park the vehicle and drop keyes in a drop box. Very easy and quick. There was no one or necessary to speak to.
JAWON SOriginal pick up location was on Palmdale Rd 1/2 mile away. Just had to give credit to the guy at that location for promptly finding me a replacement trailer before the dead line. I wish I had gotten his name. He had 7 minutes and did 3 phone calls and had it resolved in less than 5 minutes. Actual location was great too. I think I was out of there by 12:10 about how long it usually takes to get out on a reservation. ( I've used UHaul at several locations across many states average is 20 minutes self check in makes a big difference )

RAUL TWe had rented a U-Haul truck with a piece to tow a car attached to it. Upon return, they made us unattached their equipment when it was received we did not have to attach anything. This location was not clean. It was not friendly. It was not inviting and it was the worst experience with U-Haul possible.
