Don't insist that they have to drop off the equipment rental to a location that is farther than the city area they have moved to. Don't insist that they have to pay $200 more to drop off the equipment at a local rental facility instead of farther out of the way.

I thought that we would get the big truck so that we would just make one trip but we got the smaller truck and had to make several trips to move and had to rent another truck on another day. If the bigger truck was given it would have saved me time and money a little disappointed but it’s done now. Thank you
Clint RI requested a furniture dolly and instead only got a utility dolly. Brakes squeaked and truck was dirty. Parking location was good and easy to access.
