WILLIAM HI had to call for help with my check in because the browser kept getting a location services error. I called the help number and it was answered promptly. The agent was very difficult to hear as she was on a speaker phone with some kind of fan or very loud background noise. I asked her to come off speaker and she didn’t seem to want to address the audio issues. Otherwise, the experience was good.
Thomas NBelow average because no one said that will be overcharged. when I rented before and meet employees. they did not over charge me and explain the process. I did not receive any padding, please refund my money. Thanks
ian hThe mobile pickup was less than acceptable. The lockbox needs to be replaced with something that can be reasonably opened. I had 3 chat sessions and 2 phone calls to finally learn that you have to push and pull the 1/2 inch lever and almost pry it open. In addition this was being rented to move a boat and the trailer light hitch was very outdated and I could not find an adapter at home depot or auto zone so I was not able to actually move the boat.

Madie MThe experience very good, very friendly staff, easy check in and out, but I am very disappointed to see the $11 insurance charge on my bill when I was never told about it. I have a rental rider on my car insurance that covers anything I rent and for me to charged $11 for a 3 hour rental, very disappointing. Again, not giving me the option at check in does not make me happy. I will leave it at that…

Bernard mThrough no fault of the agent (who provided great service), it took her about 1/2 hour to get online with U-Haul to process my rental agreement. Also, when I tried to open up a U-Haul account online, I wasn't able to finish online registration because it kept telling me I had the wrong password - when I was setting up a new account! Frustrating. Otherwise, everything fine!

edward kNot impressed with the people that run it. I was told one price by the young man when we reserved the truck and another by the young woman when we picked it up. When I turned it in, although both of them were there, neither one got up to check the truck or the mileage.

TIMOTHY VMake instructions more clear about how to obtain and drop off a truck at this location, especially if you are closed.
