Dropped off after hours. It was a bit desolate and a sad location. I'm glad I called ahead to get the information on dropoff after hours. The website listed on the key drop box (myuhaul.com) was not correct, and if I hadn't thought to go to my order on the main uhual site, we would've wound up with extra charges.Ernest G.

This is not a location. It is an abandoned used car lot. It had one truck there(the one we were renting) and one trailer. We also were inconvenienced by having to go to this location because the truck we rented on 5/22/21 was not available at the Muncie, IN location we wanted, The gentleman helping us was very nice and helpful.Glenn F.

The location staff were friendly and helpful. The U-Haul online system has issues though. When trying to do my return on my mobile device the system did not work well. I uploaded pictures of the mileage and fuel level but then it took me back to the start with no sign of confirmation that it had gone through. I also did not receive an email receipt of the charges, and hope I was not charged the $20 fee for return not using the system.Danny J.
