Better tracking of ancillary moving equipment. The appliance cart on my order had been rented out by other employee. Fortunately, I drove a mile off my route and pick one up at another UHaul location.

The cab of the truck was dirty. Had empty drink bottles in it and some mud and candy maybe?

The truck was dangerous to drive with the steering wheel turned almost half way to keep it straight. The damage on the divers front panel mad the door not shut or seal correctly. Noise for 6 hours and the door would be dangerous to a normal person lucky I have a military and mechanic background. Sad 1st time renting from UHAUL

I had a issue with trailer had a flat tire the day before i left then on the road the other tire went low an had to make a stop to fill with air an trailer was not safe hooked to truck the tires were bad

Really poor cell service made the pick up and drop off last a lot longer than it should have. The pages from the website had trouble loading, and text messages took longer to come through. The area where the uhaul trucks sit register as a different address, so we had to drive around to the front before we could finish checking in. The location of the black box where you leave the lock was not specifically listed, so we wasted time looking for that as well.

The trailer looked fine so after picking up the uhaul trailer we drove to pick up a motorcycle and found that we couldn't open the uhaul trailer gate. The pin was stuck. I refused to use a hammer since I didn't want to be held responsible for any potential damage. There were no uhauls near us, and it was after hours, so we made other arrangements to get the bike.

Had problems returning truck on the website. Chatted with a lady on U-Haul site and she was helpful but no success. Called 800 number and accidentally chose reservations and lady was VERY rude. Called again and spoke with very pleasant and helpful lady who took care of the issue. Anderson's was great and I will be renting with them again! I still love and trust U-Haul.

I couldn't check in the equiment online when I returned it. My location was turned on but it could not detect it. Andersons took care of it the next morning. I highly recommend them

The dolly was not included when I picked up my truck and I have made several attempts to notify you of this but am still getting charged for the missing equipment. This really put us in a bind as we were moving. I want to see a refund if this charge.

Took me 45 minutes to check out the truck- took me 25 minutes to drop it off. Too many photos, too many internet gymnastics to perform. Really a poor experience. I will look for other options in the future.

When the reservation was made, we were directed to pick up van an Glass Unlimited. However, they are closed on Saturday, so we were then directed to pick up at another location. Also, we only need a pickup truck, but ended up with a 15 foot van. But, were charged the 10 foot price, which was good. Everything else was simple, quick, took care of the job and we would consider using the service again.

Not satisfied ? Because of traffic I was a hour late and got charged for two days. When it was not rented out by no one else and I paid for a tire that was going flat last time I rented one two weeks ago . And it was a u haul rental place and they charged me to fix it. I rent all the time from u guys by the way. ???

I dropped off my rental truck on sunday evening. Thier was not a drop box for the keys. The place is closed, I called uhaul 800 number. Waited on line for a long time, kept being on hold. I ended up talking to 3 different people, each told me something different to do with the keys, but all of them said drop box was at the entrance of the store. Kept telling them thier was not a drop box. I was told to lock the keys in truck by one person. I was told to put keys under driver seat, and leave passenger door unlocked, which I found out later would have made me responsible, if something happened to the truck. I also found out I would have been charged for a locksmith coming out to unlock the truck. Why would uhaul employees tell me to do these things, knowing I'm going to be charged? I talked to a guy who clearly kept passing me on to someone else, even after I begged him "please don't hang up on me. I need someone to help me. " This run around went on for way over 2 hours, in a business parking lot at night. Not a good place for 2 women to be alone! While I'm on the phone my friend is walking around looking for the drop box, that was clearly not where they said it should be. We ended up finding the drop box on the side of an old run down building, that was behind the main building. No lighting out there at all. Place looked like it needed condemned. I believe your employees should know where these boxes are located at the different drop offs. You should maybe correspond with these businesses better to make sure you both have the same information. It should have never taking me that long to drop off a rental, and the uhaul employees should be more helpful. Maybe retrain them, so they know the actual rules instead of telling customers things to cost them more money!

The team at Anderson's was knowledgeable and courteous. The helped me make a schedule change. The trailer was in excellent condition and one of the staff members helped me hook it up. I was impressed and grateful.

I was supposed to put the lock in a locked box before they were open. The key box couldnt fit the lock. I had to wait till they were open and drop it off inside to be sure i wouldnt be charged $30 for a missing lock

The truck itself was clean. We got my stuff loaded on Friday evening and it was raining. The truck sat overnight and when I got into the cab, the driver door was full of water. We hauled to my new home and upon arrival and getting into the back, we started moving my stuff. Most of it was pretty wet. The trailer part of the uhaul must have a pretty bad leak as well. I let one of the workers (Tonia) know about this. It wasn't her fault, but I'm still drying some of my stuff that got wet and it has been 4 days.
