Ronald LI wanted to rent a cargo van or a pickup truck. Neither one was available at anytime over the next week within a 30 mile radius. I was only going 17 miles away to move one (1) item. I had to bring rugs, blankets, & more to make sure the delicate item didn't slide around & break.

They were friendly, courteous, and professional. I would gladly work with them again, and would highly recommend their uhaul center to anyone in the area considering a move!

Pamela HThe location was excellent. However, the company has poor customer relations. I rented a van to start but when I called to see if all was well I was tall the company relocated the van to another area. So I had to take a 15’ truck instead. The company could have seen I made a rental agreement two weeks earlier but didn’t care. The van cost me a lot more in gas which I should be reimbursed for. About $150.00 dollars. U-Haul corporate clean up your act.

Jared AThe 24/7 was a complete nightmare. Spent over an hour on the website and phone trying to get help. At one point we held for 13 minutes before the voicemail picked up to say no one was available to help. Please don’t offer this service if you not available to have reliable customer service. This experience was a nightmare and after waiting over an hour at the lot when we finally got someone they offered us an extra 1/2 hour. What a joke.
William HHave the key outside in the lock box and ready. Have the furniture pads and dolly in the truck as requested and paid for. The only reason I gave an average rating rather than poor is because the owner came to the site within 10 minutes after she was contacted.

Susan WEverything was great, very professional... but it was the first time I had a rental agency need to phone a personal acquaintance to verify that I actually exist, plus have my picture taken in front of the vehicle as a requirement for rental. Perhaps this is more of a commentary on the sad state of what agencies need to do to protect their assets these days, but having been a U-Haul customer in the past, I was very surprised to learn about these policies upon arrival. It doesn't convey much of a sense of trust in the customer -- although perhaps this location has had very bad experiences with vehicular theft, which is unfortunate (in other words, maybe their customers haven't been trustworthy). Not sure what to suggest as a solution. That should in no way dissuade anyone from using this location -- service was excellent, van was great, and I would absolutely use them again -- just be aware of the policies! :D
