I wasn't sure what truck i needed, I was walked to each truck and we went over what I needed. It was explained to me what each size truck was capable of and that made it easy on me to select which truck to rent. Thanks Andersons!

I walked in with no reservation and was done in 5 minutes, the gentleman even carried the dolly to the truck for me.

They helped me hook my trailer up that I was renting, unhooked it for me when I came back and had such great attitudes. I can tell they're dedicated to the customer!

Employees were absolutely phenomenal and a pleasure to work with. The equipment was clean and ready to go upon my arrival. I had no issues whatsoever and I really appreciate all the help they provided me.

Caveats to my review. I ordered a 15 foot truck to be picked up before 9:00 a.m. on a Sunday. When I arrived at 8:50, we began the check in process, but the the merchants employees could not locate the keys. At 9:30 they were still looking, and discovered the reason there were no keys was because the vehicle was under maintenance. There was no other truck available except at 26 foot truck, which I did not feel comfortable driving round trip to Nashville and back. I had moves at my house on the clock, beginning at 9:30, who by this time had arrived, and were waiting. I did have the opportunity to drive back to Jackson 60 miles round trip to get another vehicle. We attempted to call another U Haul service in town, but they were a bonding company and were otherwise involved bonding an individual out of jail. As I was leaving in my vehicle, the employee came running outside to say a second truck was being returned and was out the court house (8 minutes tops away) and would be here shortly. He arrived 30 minutes later and after checking him in, having the system crash when they were checking me out, I pulled out at 10:21 to meet the movers. The truck that was being returned as a 20 foot truck. They did not offer me a discount, so I was not only paying the movers $182 for the extra hour and a half, plus a heafty tip, paying more for the larrger truck, and but also more for the gas. On the bright side, they didn't flinch when I asked to borrow a ratchet strap and some opened moving blankets that were laying there. I dropped the keys off in the lock box, but dropped by the next morning to make sure I didn't need to do anything else, so that was easy. And I will say, they said "sorry," but extended no offer for compensation or a discount. Considering the pricing, I would have thought that something, ANYTHING, should have been offered for the inconvenience.

All the tires were low! I paid 2.00 at the air machine to put air in them
