The system kept freezing which isn’t the locations fault but rather the company’s fault. Also, the location parking area is rather tight. To get trailers in and out of.

Joseph OI experienced a tire blowout leading me to believe the trailer was not properly maintained. I was also charged for 4 days despite only needing 2 because of supposed computer issues, I was told I would be refunded the 2 unused days at drop off but I was not refunded.
TRISTAN BAs I stated before our sale representative was friendly and very helpful. And I will be going there again for another U-Haul.
