I would have given 5 stars but for one thing. The day I was supposed to turn it in I stopped to let them know I might have it an extra day. The owner told me it was due that day. When I called U-Haul customer service I was told I had until the next day. The next day the owner and his son who I believe actually runs the place were there. So I went to the son who was very nice and within minutes he sent my email receipt.

We were told from where we picked up the U-Haul that the location of where the trailer for the car was that the guys there would do everything that we just had to drive the car on the ramps. They didn’t want to put on the chains on the at all and stated they can’t take liability for it. They directed my brother and I to do instead. I should get an employee discount if employees aren’t helping or doing anything. They were useless

Eric CI resisted using this site. It is a corner gas station with no room and is almost always closed - as it was on Friday when I returned the truck. Then, on Saturday, I got a note from U-Haul encouraging me to return the truck since others were waiting for it. THEY ALREADY HAD IT IF THE RETURN LOCATION EVER SHOWED UP FOR WORK!
