Frank GI would have given 5 stars but for one thing. The day I was supposed to turn it in I stopped to let them know I might have it an extra day. The owner told me it was due that day. When I called U-Haul customer service I was told I had until the next day. The next day the owner and his son who I believe actually runs the place were there. So I went to the son who was very nice and within minutes he sent my email receipt.
