Could use better guidance on key lockbox location- like a building number and landmarks- vs just a picture. Plus it was sub zero temps and the lockbox number scroll was mostly frozen - took me a lot of effort to make it work- it would be nice to have a digital key counter to punch and open!

Make it known that this is a truck share location, not a physical pickup location. We had an extremely difficult time getting our truck because it was not showing as a truck share. It took us an hour on the phone between the location manager and customer service.
