Little tricky to know the truck is parked behind the building in a big open parking lot. If you’re not familiar with this area this will be very confusing. Suggest clarifying where the truck is parked in pick up instructions, in addition to the business address.

You’ve got to be kidding. 15 Market Street in Ipswich MA does not exist as a U-HAUL location. No physical office, people or phone service. I spoke to the building manager. U-HAUL is not a tenant. She deals with irate customers every day. Took me an hour to find other U-Haul trucks parked elsewhere with a key box. Parking places too small for a 20’ truck. I just left it there, parked sideways. A total fraud situation. As mentioned above, the vehicle was a disaster. The drop off iced the cake. NEVER IN A MILLION YEARS would I recommend UHAUL to my worst enemy. Further, I get a phone call a day later from Danvers U-HAUL…they wanted to know why I didn’t drop there because that was the designated drop spot. Guy was rude, blamed me and hung up on me. THE WORST!

Suzanne FCould use better guidance on key lockbox location- like a building number and landmarks- vs just a picture. Plus it was sub zero temps and the lockbox number scroll was mostly frozen - took me a lot of effort to make it work- it would be nice to have a digital key counter to punch and open!
Richa TMake it known that this is a truck share location, not a physical pickup location. We had an extremely difficult time getting our truck because it was not showing as a truck share. It took us an hour on the phone between the location manager and customer service.
