There was nowhere to park the truck. The location is very unassuming and there were no directions as to where to park the truck once at the location.
Josh MDirty truck that’s almost ready for the junkyard ! I filled it back up with gas but I still was charged for more … when I picked it up they said it had more fuel than it actually had I filled it up way over what it had been when I picked it up but I was still charged extra ! I’m not happy with that underhanded maneuver.
Darryl STruck was extremely dirty inside, garbage behind the seats, old milk cartons under the seats. Truck was completely empty on fuel, below the 1/8 it was marked as.

RShawn SWe had a little difficulty understanding the accent of the service personnel. We returned the truck with a half-full tank of gas when we received the truck with only a third of a tank of gas. So we paid about $50 more for the truck than we should have.
Ivan TClosed on the day of pickup. Had to work through the online pick up and drop off which was difficult to work with as the reservation couldn’t be found until someone on the phone had to link it. Not a great experience with the online portion.
Sandeepkumar PThis has been the worst U-Haul experience I've ever had. I booked for 8am for the online pick-up. Got there at 10 to 8, hit the pick-up button and am notified that I can't pick it up until 10am when the location is open. What is the point of allowing early bookings at places that don't accomodate online pick-up? When I am finally able to pick up the truck I booked, it takes a good 10 minutes to do the paperwork (which I fully understand). But then when I do my walk around and check the back I find out that the utility dolly I booked isn't there. When I go ask about it they realize that they don't have a dolly for me. Another 20 minutes later they finally offer me their own personal dolly so I can finally leave and start my move. After all this inconvenience and frustration, when I go to leave I get stopped. They have the nerve to ask me to move my personal car so that I don't inconvenience their customers. When I pointed out that they weren't worried about inconveniencing me but heaven forbid I inconvenience them the response I got was "yeah. Sorry". I will never deal with Ang convenience or your outlet there. Nor will the amount of military personnel that I interact with. U-Haul itself is only partially to blame since it allowed the early booking but the rest is definitely on the location
Andrea MA ridiculous experience. I booked a 10' truck in my city, for 8:30am and received confirmation of this booking. Then, the next day my booking was switched for some unexplained reason from a 10' truck in my city at 8:30am, to a smaller cargo van in a city 20 minutes away. So we show up in this city for 8:30am and go to check in on our phones when we receive a message saying the location doesn't open until 10:00am. I actually thought it was a joke... So I drove back to our city and tried to get our landlord to extend our moving time, as well as our new landlord to extend our elevator booking time. On top of all of this, I also ordered a dozen furniture pads for $10, and never received them, and then was charged 20$ for them. Needless to say I will be calling customer service tomorrow for some kind of refund. I highly reccomend using home depot moving trucks, I was planning to but they were all booked. Uhaul made our moving experience absolutely draining and its not the first time, I will never use them again.

Stephen BThey did not even know the truck I had booked. I had to search for it and call the u haul dispatcher. They finally found the truck, parked at the back of the lot. The price was outrageous. over $800 for a 200km trip + Gas and about 12 hours use.
