This location is not operational as a convenience store as indicated. The location is very sketchy and I didn't feel comfortable with the whole process. The person was late meeting us for pick up. It took over an hour to go through the process as they had not completed the prior day drop off checks. It took 3 attempts to put in my credit card information which made it very leary. How are the vehicles mechanically checked from rental to rental? We had originally booked it at a different location in Trenton where it looked more legit.

The only good thing about the location was its convenience (10) minutes. The facility itself is a defunct store in disrepair. I called the outlet's number and was advised ( a bit of a thick accent) to just leave the trailer. It was still there 6 hours later. I do not have a data plan and using your app was cumbersome. However, it was convenient and if Uhaul is satisfied, so am I.
WAYNE CI reserved a 20-foot truck only to find out that they wouldn't rent it to me because it was at the end of the month and they said it was already booked yet the lady at the store actually said they had it available. So something very nefarious going on with U-Haul and I will spread the word to everybody that I know. What's the point in having a corporate account.?
Alex VThere was nowhere to park the truck. The location is very unassuming and there were no directions as to where to park the truck once at the location.
Josh MDirty truck that’s almost ready for the junkyard ! I filled it back up with gas but I still was charged for more … when I picked it up they said it had more fuel than it actually had I filled it up way over what it had been when I picked it up but I was still charged extra ! I’m not happy with that underhanded maneuver.
