Had an appointment set for 11 am and I got there early 10:30 am to speed up the process only to find a sign on the door stating they we out until 11:15 am. Then once they arrived it took 20 minutes to find and rent the trailer (I was the only one there). It was nice to be able to drop off when they were closed!! But the front end of the rental could improve. Thanks

I would recommend when checking the blinkers and brake lights that you also check the tail lights. I didn’t know I had no tail lights until I was driving in the dark and had to drive with my hazard lights on. I was very uncomfortable the entire time

Called to see if they had a 4X8 trailer they said yes and it would be 14.95. When I got there they did not have the trailer and rented me a larger trailer for 20.

My comments are related to UHaul and not to either location. I was never informed that I was paid a Set Price (rather than a per day price) and I returned the unit after two days...not the 5 that I was charged for. I should have a refund for those unused days. This is not ethical. You have text on the contract related to Per Day charges, but in reality you are unethically having a different basis for the charges. Completely unethical.

This was the 3rd location we went to as we were sent away by the other 2 and we're being sent away by this location as well. We had driven over an hour through back roads to drop off locations that we were told to go to only to continusly be sent away. We were told by customer service no matter what to just leave it at this location even though we were being yelled at. We were told someone from customer service would call us to rectify the situation and still no call. I have never been treated so poorly.

Truck malfunctioned about 7 miles from location and we had to call and ask for another vehicle. We had to drive the truck back to location with it sputtering and shaking at a low speed causing traffic. We were given another truck that was fine. However, We were charged the mileage of the broken truck even though we did not use it. I have emailed Ron Belenski and he asked for my number, which I gave him. Then I emailed for a follow up I am not getting any response from him. I want to be credited the 15 Miles plus tax/fees for the truck we did not use. I am on hold with U-Haul customer service now and have been waiting for 17 minutes so far.

Everything was great except we had mechanical issues with the truck on the way back. Engine light came on and A/C cut in and out. Was drivable but it will need to be serviced before sending back out with future customer.

I was charged an extra $44.00.I have called for 3 days and get no answer. I went by the dealership several times and it was always closed. I was on hold for corporate customer service over 30 minutes with no answer. The chat never answered either. I requested a customer service form but have never received one. I am VERY disappointed with the lack of concern for their customers.

My answers are based on the fact that this location was not the drop off location I was given initially which was 9650 US Hwy 281 N Spring Branch, TX. When I got to that location, it was in a Fudge Shop and there was one person working there. She told me I could not drop off the trailer there as they had no space to park it and to take it to the 6800 US Hwy 281 N location. I told her that that location was unattended and I was unable to get into the fenced area. She said to just park the trailer outside the fence. So, I left the trailer in a parking space outside the fence beside some other trailers. I received no receipt, and was left wondering what to do next. I called the Hefner location, explained the situation and they took care of the problem over the phone. The next day, I rec'd an email with a receipt. Upon return to Oklahoma City, I printed out the receipt and took it to the Hefner location as it had a place for my signature and one for a U-Haul representative. They reviewed the receipt, said there was no signature required, that everything was closed on the contract, and no further action was required.

Several locations near Canyon Lake have closed so I finally found this one. Service was great. A U-Haul employee who was also waiting to pick up equipment for service helped me disconnect the trailer! Overall a great U-haul experience.
