I would recommend when checking the blinkers and brake lights that you also check the tail lights. I didn’t know I had no tail lights until I was driving in the dark and had to drive with my hazard lights on. I was very uncomfortable the entire time

Called to see if they had a 4X8 trailer they said yes and it would be 14.95. When I got there they did not have the trailer and rented me a larger trailer for 20.

My comments are related to UHaul and not to either location. I was never informed that I was paid a Set Price (rather than a per day price) and I returned the unit after two days...not the 5 that I was charged for. I should have a refund for those unused days. This is not ethical. You have text on the contract related to Per Day charges, but in reality you are unethically having a different basis for the charges. Completely unethical.

This was the 3rd location we went to as we were sent away by the other 2 and we're being sent away by this location as well. We had driven over an hour through back roads to drop off locations that we were told to go to only to continusly be sent away. We were told by customer service no matter what to just leave it at this location even though we were being yelled at. We were told someone from customer service would call us to rectify the situation and still no call. I have never been treated so poorly.

Truck malfunctioned about 7 miles from location and we had to call and ask for another vehicle. We had to drive the truck back to location with it sputtering and shaking at a low speed causing traffic. We were given another truck that was fine. However, We were charged the mileage of the broken truck even though we did not use it. I have emailed Ron Belenski and he asked for my number, which I gave him. Then I emailed for a follow up I am not getting any response from him. I want to be credited the 15 Miles plus tax/fees for the truck we did not use. I am on hold with U-Haul customer service now and have been waiting for 17 minutes so far.

Everything was great except we had mechanical issues with the truck on the way back. Engine light came on and A/C cut in and out. Was drivable but it will need to be serviced before sending back out with future customer.

I was charged an extra $44.00.I have called for 3 days and get no answer. I went by the dealership several times and it was always closed. I was on hold for corporate customer service over 30 minutes with no answer. The chat never answered either. I requested a customer service form but have never received one. I am VERY disappointed with the lack of concern for their customers.
