lee tThe address is incorrect. I had a 26 foot truck on side streets of Snow Hill that were two way traffic with parking on both sides. Called to get proper location, called 10 minutes later and my call was not answered.
Dan RI was charged for equipment that was not on the truck. I needed a furniture dolly and was charged for it but it was not on the truck. I notified U Haul of this problem but they did not remove the charge from my bill. The location itself is confusing with the pickup and dropoff boxes located at another address than what is listed as the renting site. The mobile check in process is ridiculous with needing to take pictures of various forms of identification before getting the vehicle. I doubt I will use this location in the future.

Jennifer RLocation of key box was on a completely different building than it said… also sent me to a different location for the truck pickup that didn’t even exist so I ended up driving 40 min out of my way for nothing…all addresses given were wrong. Everyone with customer service were super nice and helpful.
Courtney TI was charged for over mileage when I never were over because the last person that used the vehicle documentation was not processed correctly when the vehicle since at first the pick up spot knew the gas that was in and the drop off location information was incorrect so paying someone else damage I don't believe in money doesn't grow on trees and if the gas was not correct so mileage from before would be as well I will never use uhaul service again due to this experience
Nicole CReserved the truck online. Was not able to use the app to check out becasue the key was not left in the lock box at the location. Had to wait over an hour for someone to come in to give me the key. Great customer service and the person appologized for not having the key ready.

Regina FThe location the truck was located was closed, and had moved to a different location. This made the process of finding the key pick up location a long and stressful one. The rental truck only had 11 furniture pads, despite our order of two dozen. We also ordered a dolly and floor cart. Both were missing from the truck as well. The truck itself had some MAJOR shifting issues. Every time I pressed on the brake pedal, the RPM's ramped up to 4,000-5,000. The rental pick up process took nearly two hours of running around town to try and find a key box location, while on the phone with the local rep and the customer service rep. By the time I found the key box, the app failed to list the combination required to get the key. The local rep was very helpful to resolve the mounting issues, but I lost over two hours of my day trying to get my truck.
JOEL WThe Snow Hill location only has the convenience in the fact that the next nearest locations are 20-30 minutes away, but the lock boxes for the key pickup are a few blocks away over on Pearl Street. I'm sure the lock boxes could be moved to the building at which the trucks are parked.

Naje EWe went to pick up the truck there was no one there had to call no one answered had to call again finally got someone had to go to where the women was working her part-time job she hadn't even checked her emails to know she had an order for a truck to go out. Took at least an hour to even get through the process to get the truck. Had to go back to her other location to get the keys then to the truck then back to her job to finish the paperwork all because the owner wasn't prepared! Complete ridiculousness!!

charity SWe never even got our keys. Not in the lock box. We had to rent another one on a Sunday 30 miles away. Not the full time job of these people obviously.
