I was ordered and was charged for a furniture dolly however it was not on the truck and office was closed. I did not receive the equipment, requesting refund for dolly. Thank you
Edgar NIf you dont want to waste a lot of time taking pictures, sending images of your license THREE SEPARATE TIMES, hunting down the right truck, taking more pictures and uploading them, trying to find a lock box and enter a combination to get the keys, then find out that your equipment you rented is not in the truck (i did find some in another truck tho!), and nobody is at the store and will not answer or return your call, then GO TO A REAL UHAUL BUSINESS! this was rediculous and I will never do this again.

Benjamin VI pick-up Truck and mileage was 69259 and Return mileage was 69306 that means I used for 47 miles, but I charged for 50 miles. Also, I did not ask for Coverage for $15 and he charged me on my final bill without my approval. I am totally upset with this U-haul Rental and I will not rent anymore because of this. I am sorry but I am not happy with the service. Thanks.
JITENDRA HI received a random call from this location telling me to drop the truck off although I dropped the tow dolly off where I had a reservation for storage. I asked are you sure about this, she said yes, yet the next morning I received a text giving me a different place to turn in the tow dolly and the truck. The whole experience was completely botched and mixed up.

MATTHEW WMobile check in /out works very well. Calz Pizza has added some parking spaces to this location. If cars are parked in new spots, this would close an access point to the rear of building. Access would be on the other side of the Calz Pizza building.
Lester RI originally ordered from a U-Haul location close to the house I was moving to, as to not use up so much gas and miles. I signed up through the app for 24 hour coverage. The night before around 630pm I get a phone call from a very rude employee telling me that location I signed up for didnt do what they needed to in order for me to pick up my U-Haul.This employee moved my location far away and when asked where it was located in Virginia Beach they responded with “I don’t know I'm not familiar with the area”. I’m looking forward to not dealing with a moving company for a while.

BRIAN WThe ID check in was a little slow as it had difficulty reveiwing my ID. Instead of pictures, perhaps videos can be quicker.

Thomas SPhone customer service was not very pleasent when trying to place my rental. My rental number #19454422 was adjusted from my confirmation of a 4 day rental stating U-Haul has a 3 day policy but I can rent it for 4 days for a pick up at one location and dropped off at another location. The rental contract increased in price from $88.00 to over $200.00. Katrina changed the rental for me to drop it off 60 miles away from my location. I called the morning of and advised I would not be dropping the truck off in Portsmouth and spoke to Britney. She again brought up U-Haul policy. I said okay then change my rental from 4 days to 3 days and I will drop the truck off where I picked it up. She proceeded to relay that she now needed to call the location and confirm they have a truck available. I stated they should because I am due to pick it up this morning so the truck should be available especially since I am now returning it in 3 days instead of 4. All phone employees were curt and were not helpful. Almost argumentive in helping me resolve this problem.

MARK AI ordered the van at 8am went to the facility that opened at 10am was gone by 10:30 paperwork went smoothly and the app to inspect the vehicle was very simple. Process is very efficiently run.

JASMYN BMy first time picking up, and then dropping off past closing hours. The process was a little tedious, I suppose if you don't have the app. They were too many things to worry about in the case of not being double charged. Also, there needs to be an easier return process, especially if the vehicle is returned early. A way to time stamp the return, and cover the return if it's no daylight.

TERRI CS Plaza Trail refused to rent to me and asked me to leave after giving me hell about an e alert on my account that HAD ALREADY BEEN PAID. Manager told me my "receipt is useless to her". In addition, she accused me of accusing her of stealing and very confortationally YELLED AT ME, asking "Did you even give me your card?" Well I'm sorry I have a mental disability and wasn't able to recall you fucking bully, but you have a nice day as well. So I was made to WALK until my ride was able to return and bring me to ANOTHER fucking uhaul. And then your automated gas system charged me 19 in fuel and I returned the truck EXACTLY where it was when I picked it up. You guys SUCK!!!!!!!

CHERYLBARBARA CAll 4 tires needed air, and the drivers side rear had a slow leak and would'nt hold air. I had to stop several times and spend money on air to refill when it got down to 28lbs of pressure. I also had to purchase a witch ball that I was not aware of. When you rent a truck and a car hauler you would think a hitch ball would come with it.

Troy HI arrived to pick up my vehicle and could not locate the keys to the truck assigned to me. They simply were not there. After calling customer service they were able to put me in a different truck. It was just frustrating that I had to call customer support, the first truck should have been set up correctly for me.
DANIELLEASHLEY GThere was a low tire light on the dashboard and a message to "Service Tire Monitor System'. When I chatted with the help desk they asked if the tires were flat or looked low. I am not a tire expert. They were not flat and how would i know if they were low? Was told to take to gas station or Uhaul service center to have checked. There were no Uhaul service centers opened and no gas station that would check my tires. So i drove the truck unsure that the tires were safe . I lost an hour of time. Therefore I was unable to accomplish what I needed to do because my help had to return to duty. When I returned the truck I was told that they were aware of the issue and the support chat should have read the notes. Apparently a tire was changed on the truck and whomever did it could not clear the symbol. The driver''s seat is torn and the truck drove like it had no shocks. Worst truck rental I ever had with Uhaul and I have been renting uHauls for over 30 years. The location itself was easy to work with. Just do not pick up before hours, if I had the time I would have waited till they were open so I could have voiced my concern and been reassured that the tires were okay.

Ramon RI received the vehicle at 138758. I went to the gas station and refilled the vehicle a little past this mark. There should be no fuel charge for the 20 miles that I drove and after putting in gas. A little over 3 gallons! Please review and reply?

Ian OSometimes renting a U-Haul on short notice is difficult because of AVAILABILITY. This location at Antonio's Lock and Safe, is an out of the way, best kept secret. This is the second time I've used them. It won't be the last.

ANTHONY PThe equipment was clean except for dirt on the driver's side floorboard. The representative with Antonios Lock and Safe pointed that out when she presented the vehicle to us. A picture of the floorboard was uploaded. Otherwise, the vehicle was very clean.
