WILLIAM FI asked the rep about the extra charge am being asked and he said total charge was 190, not an additional 190, which I asked more than twice about. If 190 extra, I’d rather have dropped off the truck myself at the original location which is anyway closer, this is cheating!

STEPHEN FWaited awhile with no sign that anyone was even working. Missing paid equipment that rep confirmed was in my order. Called the location 10 minutes after leaving and no answer. Back of the truck was NOT swept clean as required.

NESRINE HThe check in process was fairly quick. Lots of trucks available but there was trash in it. The engine did not shift appropriately and ran rough. There were moving supplies available but it was shabby and unorganized. It got the job done but I wouldn’t go back.
ARCHIE WComputers were down. They photocopied my license and credit card on paper and wrote all my details. When I said I was uncomfortable they indicated it was normal when system was down. I suggest you get new equipment instead of risking a customers information
Amanda LI would make sure to follow the checklist when renting a trailer. The trailer I rented I drove 6 hour trip to realize I had no trailer lights. When I mentioned when returning it, it was turned on me as if I didn’t check the lights. I don’t work for U-Haul it’s not my place to ensure the trailer lights work.
RYAN FThere was only one person working at the time of my picking up the trailer. He was helping another person who had to wait for him to move trailers so that that customer could get his rental out of the lot. When we got to my rental trailer, I had to move another truck and then we had to move other trailers to get the rental out that I needed. It was very tight in the trailer area and was difficult for me to feel safe to get the trailer out safely. Anyone with less experience would have been in less confident. The trailer had not be cleaned out well and a lot of small debris was left in there. Once loaded it was easy to tow and very stable.

JAMES MI was asking for big vehicle and That fellow not giving what we asking and gave small and my furniture did not fit.. Store is dirty and no neatness. He said $0.99 per mile and charged $1.29 per mile and and Reason is it is Friday. One computer it is not working and entering details manually. took credit card print. Lot of hassle.
