Tha facility is more functional then eye appealing. Could add to the experience to have the environment clean orderly. The parking was confiluted people parking for food truck verse Uhaul pick up dtop off. Staff friendly but service was slow many customers waiting longer than necessary. Clean up the space and improve efficiency for better customers experience.
