Very helpful. They moved a vehicle out of the way so I could back the trailer into a spot and they’d move later to accommodate me. Unlocked and removed trailer for me. Highly recommend.

Corner location with parking spaces on 2 sides. No signage directing you on where to return trucks.Highly recommend adding one-way driveway for easier returns.

BARTLEY DWhen make the reservation using your website for pick up in one location and drop off in another, the system ALWAYS offers locations that are so much further away then location in my new location. This particular time, I dropped it off in Southport just 3 miles from my house, but you site only offered locations that were over 30 minutes away. Not acceptable
PAUL MFortunately, when I made the reservation online and I received an email saying that vehicle wasn't available for the times I needed it. When I entered into the U-Haul office they were able to find a truck for me to use cuz I only needed it for 4 hours and I got a great price. Very thankful that this team is available to support our charity here in Apex

CURTIS MI reserved a 20 foot truck however when I picked up the truck I was told that they only had 15 foot trucks available which caused me to make multiple trips and using more mileage

WILLIAM FI asked the rep about the extra charge am being asked and he said total charge was 190, not an additional 190, which I asked more than twice about. If 190 extra, I’d rather have dropped off the truck myself at the original location which is anyway closer, this is cheating!
