OLUWASEUN OTruck needed a serious alignment. Steering wheel was off by about 20% to the left while driving straight. Had to back out of the entire lot into an awkward intersection. Back of truck still had leaves and debris from previous renter. I used a blower and a broom prior to returning. I would only recommend this location due to its availability and overall location for Apex/Holly Springs area.
CHRISTOPHER RWhen I made the reservation, I explicitly declined the SafeMove insurance ($15). However, when I picked up the rental, the employee automatically added the $15 insurance to the receipt without my consent. When I asked for a refund, I was told that nothing could be changed. Be cautious and carefully review your receipt, as surprise fees may be added without proper confirmation.

TRAVIS VI've been dealing with uhaul for almost 10 years now for my moving business. This location has been by far the best uhaul location in terms of dealing with the rep, equipment and everything.
EUGENIA BThis is not a knock on this location, but when I received an additional bill for excess milage , I was very surprised. When I made the reservation, I don't recall seeing a milage limit. Charges per extra mile were never displayed. This was deceptive and is not appreciated.
GREGORY WLucky you if you enter the filthy reception and you don’t find the operator eating. Everywhere in his desk is filthy. Expecting your reservation to be ready, even when you spent the time at home choosing and uploading a copy of your drivers licence would still, inevitably, request the operator to ask you the same questions you already answered. “So you choose $8 insurance”, yes, already decided that is what I wanted… “May I see your drivers licence”, is already uploaded… “May I have your credit card”, it’s already on file… 40 clicks of the mouse more and while continuing eating with his left hand, and you are ready to go :o)
MARIANO RVery hard to get into the lot and very hard to park, turn around and get out of the parking lot. My shoes got mud all over them because of no pavement!
Steve HWhen I got to my home my movers discovered grease in the back of the truck so I needed to use the furniture blankets to cover the grease. I was charged over 80 miles of driving and I only drove 17 miles. I moved 2 miles away (exactly) and drove the truck there and back twice. I also drove the truck 4.5 miles twice to pick it up and drop it off. 4.5 + 4.5 + 2 + 2 + 2 +2 =17. I stupidly did not take pictures of the odometer but I learned my lesson and will rent from somewhere else next time and take ample photos.

ATHARVA SI've been using this place steady for a couple of years and he is by far the best. Number one I've never had an issue reserving a trailer, never had an issue with the price or any kind of mistake. His equipment is always clean and practically brand new His bedside manners are fantastic. He's a really nice guy and he is approachable.. I would bypass all the Uhaul locations and stop here first if I were you. I'm convinced that if you have a problem with those location, you are the problem.

He refused to provide customer service by explaining why he merely looked at a picture of a tank that I took by the way; the photo was compared to the original photo that I took. The gas needle was brought back on the same amount as previous! In addition gas is 2.69 a gallon, I drove 16 miles round trip and he charged me $6.84 cents. Robbers!!!!!

CARTER LI rented from this location four times this year and had consistently below average experiences: - location has very little parking; I had to park offsite twice - service at the location was consistently slow; there seems only to be one guy and he is not in any hurry - no truck ever had a full tank of gas when I arrived - trucks appear not to be cleaned between uses; found used clothing in one truck cab - inside office was always dirty - rails/bumpers inside two different trucks had broken anchor points - two different trucks ran rough We will be renting multiple times again next year and I am seeking another location to take our business.

TYREECE PSecond time using this location. Both times the office has been dirty and the staff disorganized. When I picked up the truck on Saturday, the employee decided to switch the assigned truck to one that had just been returned, and it was clear that the reason was they didn't want to fill the tank or clean the truck. The truck itself was fine and its being at 1/4 tank wasn't a problem, but the experience felt distinctly like the employee was taking care of themselves and not me, the customer. I plan to look for another location to rent from.

ALVIN CThe U-Haul app did not have my reservation despite ordering the truck from my account making pick up and drop off more difficult. The location was great is assisting where the app fell short
Jorge SNo one was there when I arrived. A quick phone call got me to someone who was very helpful. I was able to drop off the trailer and then take the truck to unload. Then return the truck using the drop box. Easy and painless.
