The tail gate on the truck was sticking and very difficult to close

ROBERT LThe truck I drove was filthy. The windshield was dirty on the inside. There was no washer fluid. There were bugs all over the outside of the windshield which was hard to see out of. I had to go to a truck stop to clean it. The inside of the cab was swept but surfaces were sticky. The box of the truck was swept but the floor was sticky. I drove less than 1/2 mile to where I was loading and discovered a screw in one of the tires. It was too late to exchange the truck. The radio did not work.
Julie ACheck the tires air pressure, they ALL were low… Also the truck needs a front end alignment. The windshield was very dirty. The store we got it from was fine, where they got the truck from needed to do their maintenance. The store is just a front or U-Haul. They do not do the maintenance.

FRANCIS MI always choose this U-Haul franchise when I need to rent a truck for moving large items. The owner of the establishment is very knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly! Additionally he always has a large selection of vehicles from which to choose.
Eugene WCustomer care is great. Everything was really good. I like renting from this location..they always have inventory on hand, its easy to access, and the owners are really cool.
ALAN YOn pick up the vehicle was near empty on gas and had to spend $107 on fuel; further, when driving to my destination the tire pressure light came on. The pressure held and it appears to be a bad sensor but was concerned for sure.

Christopher HPicked up a car trolley in apollo beach which was supposed to be reserved at Sarasota location. Sarasota personnel were rude and did not offer any explanation why they did not have a trolley for me. I had to go through customer service to find a trolley for my trip back to Canada.

Trina HThe truck was 30 miles from an empty tank. The front from the bumper to the top of the windshield was splattered in dead bugs. Every time the truck shifted gears there were clanging and banging noises coming from under it. I didn’t feel safe at all. The app wasn’t working. It would not allow me to upload photos of the truck. The people inside the convenience store had no clue what to do.

HERBERT PThere were no straps or blankets provided. We had to go to Home Depot to get straps to secure our load. We thought that straps and blankets were provided as a standard.
