This is not against this location, I had originally reserved a 20ft truck at the Brandon location, they didn’t have one, Breanna at Brandon corporate downgraded me to a 15ft, told me that mileage would be free, due to having to drive much further to pick up truck and being smaller would require more trips. Then I was charged the same amount I was quoted for the 20ft and charged mileage. I was expecting a phone call to talk about this and have yet to hear anything, I was still charged the same amount and I ended up paying for more gas than required as well.

Many times I try to add a dolly and it was able to be added. When I went there they said there is no dolly. So I have to drive all the way back home to get my dolly and bring my own dolly. Wasted an hour. The app should inform that there is no dollies available or so

When a reservation is made in advanced. Please make sure the rental supplies are available 24 hours prior to actual rental date. No phone call was given the day prior which per my reservation was told they would contact me the day prior of the rental contract date . I had to call to find out the unpleasant news . Had to settle for a smaller moving truck which didn’t suffice my needs.
