Michael BThe location was fine, however, the u-haul side itself was horrible. The app was terrible and not user friendly. It took me 30 minutes to get the keys to the truck and another 20 to return it. I will use Penske next time.
Michael MCan hardly get in or out of the lot. To congested with other cars for their main automotive business. The truck m6st have had a leak in the roof. The couch got wet. No one explained the contract what so ever.. I have an issue with the amount of mileage we were given to get to our destination. No where near enough. We had to pay mileage and we never once veered off course.

James LGreat easy service. Location is within view of my house, so super close. Workers were great, they helped pull truck out of tight space for me to get started. I had to use a 26ft truck to accommodate my long canoe. I used to drive ambulances and rescue vehicles but as it had been a bit I was nervous about starting out in a tight spot and they did not hesitate to help. After I finished I walked over to ask about parking as other vehicles had been moved around and I didn't want to park it in the way. They were more than helpful in helping me get the truck bach.

susan dHave an Ivan at every location. I am a 65 year old widow with a 94 year old mother. We are wintering in Florida. I needed a truck and a car hauler and a huge dose of self confidence and Ivan and his crew supplied me well! 😊 Go Uhaul!

Robert PI was supposed to pick up my Uhaul at a location closer to home. They said they didn't have one available so I had to pick one up at this location. This location is the worst!! Also, there were 3 of the same size at the location I originally ordered from. I should have been able to get it there.
JEFF RUnprofessional...disorganized I reserved a 10 ft truck with 12 furniture pads and 2 queen mattress bags. He had 6 pads and no bags. I was told I’d have to go to another Uhaul location to get what he didn’t have. If you can’t fill an order don’t accept it. He didn’t seem to care; told me I could go rent from someone else.

Matthew LThe location was a dump. There were teenagers just hanging out in the office with the proprietors son, who completed the rental after having to call his dad to figure out how. Did not receive a rental contract. Just a receipt. The trucks air conditioner didn't work, which was unpleasant on a 90 degree day. Truck made all sorts of weird racket going down the road. Uhaul experience seems to get worse each time I use it. Don't know if I'll use it again. Definitely won't pick up at this location again. Not a good experience.
Josephine RThe rental pickup place is advertised as being open at 8am. I showed up at 8am and was told by someone else there that the guy doesn’t usually show up until 9am. He was very unprofessional. The whole experience was awful. It threw off my moving plans by a lot. I was very disappointed.
Kameron WIt cost me 60 dollars additional because there was no room to drop off and could get no answer to talk to someone. I will not use Uhaul again.
MARC MHave the location's actual hours and your posted hours for them match. You posted 8AM, they opened at 9AM and said "we have no idea why U-Haul insists on doing that."
James SMy comments apply mostly to the condition of the trailer. It was swept out when I picked it up. No problem with cleanliness. The two lower rear stop lamps were inop. I corrected that by cleaning the electrical connections. Both rear tires had minimal air pressure. I corrected that myself. And one tire had a large cut in the sidewall.
william pAgent was not very friendly and appeared aggravated that we were there.
BARRY BI submitted all my towing information and address on line and then had to give it all again to the counter man before I picked up the trtailer. It seems to me it would have already been in the system and transferred to the dealer. Would save checkin time. All the other service was good and the trailer towed well and was the perfect size.
