The location is great. The attention is great.
CARLOS PThere is no one at this location to assist. Additionally the street is a nightmare flooded with cars and shouldn’t have two way traffic.
Malerie SThere was mud and water in the storage area of the truck. It looked like a potted plant or something broke and it was not swept up. It was also raining that day and water got into the truck which then caused the mud. We had to wash it out thoroughly before we were able to pack our things. The truck was not parked at the address, but was parked a couple blocks down by the street.
Gregory Chave someone there so that i could rent from a person and drop keys to a person. also, and i'm not saying this is this location's issue in particular, but I feel completely ripped off. i drove 3 miles, had to then srive 2 more miles to put gas in the tank because i saw the fuel gauge moved (crazy) and then they had the gall to charge me an extra $40 for a gallon of gas they said i needed. i'm still fighting this. total rip off. a 30 minute Uhaul trip has now become 2+ hours of ordeal. never again.
MICHAEL BThe app was extremely glitchy and the AI took long periods of time to process. Both the pick up and drop off took 45 minutes to complete and was a huge waste of time. I will not use the mobile pick up option again.

Karen BThis location tried to scam me! they had claimed I didn't return the truck on time and had only an 1/8th tank of gas! I was charged 40$ extra time 30$ service charge to add gas 21$ gas 15$ extra day insurance! luckily I had gps proof, gas pictures of tank level and gas receipt! The guy was rude and said Uhaul automatically generated it that they had nothing to do with it. I said no they didnt! they made contact with me asking me where the truck was! You had to have entered the amount you lied you put in gas and you charged the 30$ fee to add gas! I told him they were shady and their business looked shady and I should have went with my gut and not dropped it off there! when I told him I had pictures he changed his tune and said that the info was entered with a smart phone and mistakes happened all the time and could be easily corrected. I said this is no mistake! you guys are scamming and I'm showing Uhaul proof. he asked me to send him the pictures and I told him No that he could take his ass out to the truck and correct it, because I was going to let him tell uhaul his lie and I would show them otherwise! This guy tried arguing with me telling me he was helping me! Helping me? Im a single mom and your scamming people!!!!! They are doing something with these trucks! Id bet they do this all the time! Nice try scamming me out of 120$ loser!!! I had to spend so much time on the app and on the phone to check out, return and call customer service!!! I will NEVER USE UHAUL AGAIN!!!!! Stop letting crooked scammy businesses provide uhaul service!!
JENNALYN JI was charged a $25 cleaning fee after I returned the 10' truck. The previous renter had a dog that had left a fair amount of hair in the cab. I hadn't noticed it until I was well on my way with my truck to make my move. So this location I assume leaves the car dirty, then just keeps charging the next renter for a cleaning fee. brilliant! PS I asked for a $25 credit back to my card, but of course I still haven't heard back from this location or "Mike" the one who checked in my truck.

TIMOTHY CMy pickup location was supposed to be Chatsworth. My hotel was next door to the Chatsworth location and I was without a car. I had to Uber 17 miles to van Nuys at a cost of $36 plus tip.to pickup the truck. Then I had to drive it back to Chatsworth where my storage unit was to load the truck. This resulted in extra cost of my time. I asked for the trunk to be moved to Chatsworth but was denied by regional traffic control. All this in spite of making the registration 2 weeks ahead of time. I would like a refund of $36 to cover my Uber expense.

Mary MMy reservation was for 9:30 a.m.,and rental hours opened at 9 am. The location did not arrive until 10 am. 30 minutes, but wait was frustrating, no biggie. Also, not the location fault but a problem with Uhal billing. I declined CDW insurance and I was charged an extra $11 for insurance anyway.. I have notified the billing dept and expect it to be removed or disputed with my credit card company. Overall, not a horrible experience, but just a couple of small things. I would use them again. Truck ran fine. Returned with a bit more gas than I left with.
