The uhaul site was down during check in which is no ones fault of course but the guys at the roadside assistance were great at helping me get the keys. Unfortunately the uhaul was completely on E when we received it and was beeping at us to get to a gas satation ASAP so that was a bit annoying. Also we were missing a furniture dolly and couldn't report it since the site was down, but Debra with customer service was able to refund me and make it right so that was very helpful!!! Overall great experience even with minor hiccups
