I was not happy with the excessive surcharge applied for extending my rental by one day due to unforeseen circumstances. I recognize that alternate pick-up location was required for waiting customer but there are lots of other dealers in the area with this equipment. In fact, I did not get my truck from the location I originally booked at. Very disappointed with UHaul corporate - not the local dealer.
