I didnt get my uhaul till an hour past time cause of issues with language barrier and truck was filthy had to use for a quick move and just was a whole mess

Tanys LTruck transmission about to blow, overpriced, and hope I never have to use again
Benjamin MI was not happy with the excessive surcharge applied for extending my rental by one day due to unforeseen circumstances. I recognize that alternate pick-up location was required for waiting customer but there are lots of other dealers in the area with this equipment. In fact, I did not get my truck from the location I originally booked at. Very disappointed with UHaul corporate - not the local dealer.
