The trailer I reserved was listed as having a 6 foot opening at the tailgate… It didn’t . This caused a serious PITA day where I had to scramble to find a machine to unload a heavy piece of equipment that wouldn’t fit through the 4.5 ft opening I was stuck using what they had because of prior arrangements to meet and buy / pickup said equipment. Uhauls response was “well we can look for another trailer but I need to take care of these other people first” I left disgusted and irritated while my wife started texting and calling everyone we knew around our destination. By chance, right after we dropped the trailer to return the next day when help would be available, our new neighbors arrived home and agreed to help. 🙏 Regional UHaul only cared about us returning the trailer on time and were of NO USE what so ever after we explained that THEIR website was at fault and THEY need to fix the issue. All I can say is RENTER beware. Double check that your rental is indeed what they claim and CYA. Customer service is a joke. Good luck As far as the location, there was sewer water running through the back yard, there was no bathroom because the landlord was angry about a toilet mishap and they used chunks of broken stone and asphalt to block the trailer tires. The woman running the office was working with what she had and wasn’t at fault.

Crystal BHad a 1pm appointment. They returned 10 minutes late from their lunch and the check in process took unusually long. All information was re-verified after the reservation was just made and the check in was done on the app. Despite being late to the appointment they checked in someone that had a 3:30pm appointment ahead of me. People rent equipment at certain times because they need to something at a certain time. Them being late made me late to my engagement which was the entire reason I was a customer in the first place.
