Vic CMy pick-up experience was a cluster. I reserved the trailer at Highway 24, had to go to I70 to pick it up, arrived there to discover that no one way trailer was available, and had 35 mins to cross Kansas City to reach a small shop that closed at 5pm. I drove 85 mph on three interstates to get there with 5 mins to spare. The lady at the final location was helpful and thorough, but the overall experience was highly stressful as I had a professional moving van arriving at my house at 8am the next morning and I needed the trailer I had scheduled 3 weeks ahead of time. Needless to say, this repeat UHaul customer was less than pleased.
Michael KThe trailer I reserved was listed as having a 6 foot opening at the tailgate… It didn’t . This caused a serious PITA day where I had to scramble to find a machine to unload a heavy piece of equipment that wouldn’t fit through the 4.5 ft opening I was stuck using what they had because of prior arrangements to meet and buy / pickup said equipment. Uhauls response was “well we can look for another trailer but I need to take care of these other people first” I left disgusted and irritated while my wife started texting and calling everyone we knew around our destination. By chance, right after we dropped the trailer to return the next day when help would be available, our new neighbors arrived home and agreed to help. 🙏 Regional UHaul only cared about us returning the trailer on time and were of NO USE what so ever after we explained that THEIR website was at fault and THEY need to fix the issue. All I can say is RENTER beware. Double check that your rental is indeed what they claim and CYA. Customer service is a joke. Good luck As far as the location, there was sewer water running through the back yard, there was no bathroom because the landlord was angry about a toilet mishap and they used chunks of broken stone and asphalt to block the trailer tires. The woman running the office was working with what she had and wasn’t at fault.

Gregg NCannot get the remainder of my deposit back. Franchise owner tried helping, customer service is non existent, told me to go to bank. Just please release my money. I will not use u haul again I'm gonna have to file BBB complaint.

amos jIn Belton I was promised my trailer would be no more then 10 miles away. I had to travel 30 mins to get it. Uhaul doesn't bring the trailer to you.. I won't be going here again.
