Nothing very accommodating and professional best U-Haul place I've ever rented from.
Aaron HNicole was very efficient, very good and knew her business. Last 2 dealings with U-Haul were bad. One overcharged me and the other was very uninformed but Nicole was great i will definitely do business with her again.
MICHAEL HI would only recommend because I had a good experience last time but this truck we got had transmission issues and the alignment was so messed up. It hurt my arms just to drive it and this truck was like half the size of the last one I had also the QR code did not work at drop off.
Adora RThis comment has nothing to do with Applegate Enterprise, it concerns the Uhaul app and 24/7 rental program. It doesn't work. My son used this same app to pick up a rental about a year ago, and it didn't work then either. In brief and leaving out details: 1) instructions link did not work on the webpage or app did not work (page not found), so I had to call a help line just for instructions, 2) when I arrived the app gave me an error and a phone number to call, so I called, waited on hold for 4-5 minutes, then they "fixed some unknown problem (never told me the problem), 3) the app then errored out on my twice, and the last time all I had was the spinning wheel of death. Luckily, an Applegate employee arrived and helped me even though they were not open yet.

CHRISTOPHER DBetter instructions for mobile pickup. App said to get keys from lockbox but they were actually in the truck lockbox. Luckily there was an employee there.
Denise DHello, My experience was very good with this location except for the drop off. I have somehow been charged an extra 20$ for an after hours fee? I was told to drop my trailer off on time on Sunday, but that the location would be closed. No problem. I was told that I would get a text or an email for the drop off processing. This never happened. My drop off time was at 1500 and I was there in the parking lot at 1450 unhooking my trailer for drop off. I took my own pictures 4 pictures of the condition of the trailer which have a time of 1455. When I received my receipt this morning there was an extra 20$ added to my bill and the trailer wasn't processed until 0820 this morning. I have tried to call the location to clear this up but they have not answered their phone all morning. I have left a detailed voice mail as well. Everything else was great and I would definitely rent from them again or recommend. Thank you so much for your time and patience in this matter.
MATTHEW MBe more clear with instructions. Says to use the lock boxes but the key is in the trunk.

CHRISTOPHER DThe representative is rude. She is dismissive. She changed the rules established by U-Haul. She requires customers pay a deposit. A deposit is never mentioned online when making the reservation. She is patronizing as well as she looks like she does drugs. Her face had lesions on it that appears after prolonged Methamphetamine use.

STEPHANIE LPick up went well, so I didn’t have any issues with that. The issues I had was dropping it off but well kind of picking it up as well like the app was having glitches and it didn’t allow me to take pictures of the vehicle prior because the link never was sent until when I was I was just funny how when I turned the car in all of a sudden all my coats and Login popped up days after day after when I was turning it in, but it wasn’t available. I turned it in and also they said they close at four and I dropped the car off the vehicle off the tow truck off in reasonable time and they wasn’t there and I had no way to call them. There’s no access to the person and I don’t she said it was on the invoice, but I showed their invoice and she seen it. Also wasn’t and she said I should use the app I couldn’t get in the app because my verification code wasn’t being sent because of U-Haul‘s glitch with their apps so she charged me $20. I’m like no you’re gonna take that off. She argued a little bit about it but eventually seen that it was a glitch with them. She removed the charge so yeah just make sure you get that app to work before you leave because they were trying to charge you for things that was out of your control.

THERESA MOrdered a Dolly that was not in the truck upon pickup. My pickup was outside of regular business hours so I wasn’t able to get it in time. Super nice lady that coordinated everything though, I just think I was assigned the wrong truck or something.

Connie EThe vehicles are old. Parked in such a way that vehicle was difficult to get out of lot when we picked it up. It was parked so close to another vehicle that driver had barely enough room to squeeze between vehicles to get in the cab.

GARY GAll was hunky dory until I jumped in the truck to return it to the site and the AC stopped working. I ended up having to sweat out the heat getting it gassed back up and returning it to Applegate.
TAMERA WOverall good service. Giving 3 stars because location was hard to get in touch with & caused some billing issues, but Nicole worked professionally to get it handled and had good customer service to resolve the issue. Was able to get a discount and for that I’d come back.
ANTONIO WI picked up my truck at 1:30 after mobile pickup wouldn’t work for me at 7:00 am, the lady over the phone gave me attitude, said with with mobile pickup you have a 45 minute window to get the truck or it’ll be given away( which is not what the email or the website said it says 24/7 access anytime day or night) and told me I should go into the office since I’ll be picking it up during office hours instead . Got there and they were closed, door was locked and the app wouldn’t let me keep the photos of the uhaul . With me not being able to get the truck at the time I set up with the movers, everything was pushed back .
