RICHARD WTire pressure light should have been addressed before we checked out the truck. No blankets in the back of the truck. The self check in was a lot. Thank goodness I had my twenty year daughter to mess with the app. The app ran slow

Kyle MThe local operator was very easy to work with. Unfortunately, our truck got stuck in the mud and we used the roadside assistance service which we paid for to tow us a few feet out of the mud. The UHaul contracted tow company did the work and the front bumper was split slightly. They wired it together and we were off. I was surprised to find an additional $300+ charge on my credit card and called customer assistance that day. I was told that a local/regional mgr. would call me. I didn’t receive any communication. So, over a week later I called customer service again and learned that my file had been closed and UHaul maintained that I was responsible for amy damage made to the truck by the tow company. And they would not refund the additional charges. These add’l charges amounted to more than the original charge. Is this how you make the bulk of the money you make from rentals? I had no choice on the tow co. in which your company provided the service through the “Safe Trip” service. I should not be responsible for any damage they did to the truck.
Wendy EI don't know why I was charged $25.00 cleaning fee. When I brought the truck back it was cleaner than when I got it.

AARON HThe drop-off lot needs to be re-paved. When backing in I was surprised by how much slippage my Jeep Gladiator experienced. When first arrived in office the customer service representative was not present. After a short 5 minute delay he returned. Perhaps a sign or something to inform customers of potential delay.

RODOLFO GI had to pick up from place farther away and I ended up short on miles for my one way trip. So I was charged $31. I feel I should be refunded for those miles
Jeremy SFriendly location, and dropping off after hours was easy. It’s located on the far right side of the strip, which was a little hidden at first with the trucks and vans in the way, but that just gave me a scavenger hunt, lol!

GENE KI was accused of stealing the dolly even though there wasn’t a dolly in the U-Haul when I picked it up and after I returned it respectfully and clean the lady at the key drop off treated me like I was retarded and couldn’t anything myself.
