The representative is rude. She is dismissive. She changed the rules established by U-Haul. She requires customers pay a deposit. A deposit is never mentioned online when making the reservation. She is patronizing as well as she looks like she does drugs. Her face had lesions on it that appears after prolonged Methamphetamine use.
AMIE RI was impressed with the quick process of checking out and checking in my rental. Highly recommend this U-Haul location.

STEPHANIE LPick up went well, so I didn’t have any issues with that. The issues I had was dropping it off but well kind of picking it up as well like the app was having glitches and it didn’t allow me to take pictures of the vehicle prior because the link never was sent until when I was I was just funny how when I turned the car in all of a sudden all my coats and Login popped up days after day after when I was turning it in, but it wasn’t available. I turned it in and also they said they close at four and I dropped the car off the vehicle off the tow truck off in reasonable time and they wasn’t there and I had no way to call them. There’s no access to the person and I don’t she said it was on the invoice, but I showed their invoice and she seen it. Also wasn’t and she said I should use the app I couldn’t get in the app because my verification code wasn’t being sent because of U-Haul‘s glitch with their apps so she charged me $20. I’m like no you’re gonna take that off. She argued a little bit about it but eventually seen that it was a glitch with them. She removed the charge so yeah just make sure you get that app to work before you leave because they were trying to charge you for things that was out of your control.

THERESA MOrdered a Dolly that was not in the truck upon pickup. My pickup was outside of regular business hours so I wasn’t able to get it in time. Super nice lady that coordinated everything though, I just think I was assigned the wrong truck or something.

Gorgi Ttruck's ac didn't work I feel we should be given a discount
Connie EThe vehicles are old. Parked in such a way that vehicle was difficult to get out of lot when we picked it up. It was parked so close to another vehicle that driver had barely enough room to squeeze between vehicles to get in the cab.

GARY GAll was hunky dory until I jumped in the truck to return it to the site and the AC stopped working. I ended up having to sweat out the heat getting it gassed back up and returning it to Applegate.
TAMERA WOverall good service. Giving 3 stars because location was hard to get in touch with & caused some billing issues, but Nicole worked professionally to get it handled and had good customer service to resolve the issue. Was able to get a discount and for that I’d come back.
ANTONIO WI picked up my truck at 1:30 after mobile pickup wouldn’t work for me at 7:00 am, the lady over the phone gave me attitude, said with with mobile pickup you have a 45 minute window to get the truck or it’ll be given away( which is not what the email or the website said it says 24/7 access anytime day or night) and told me I should go into the office since I’ll be picking it up during office hours instead . Got there and they were closed, door was locked and the app wouldn’t let me keep the photos of the uhaul . With me not being able to get the truck at the time I set up with the movers, everything was pushed back .

Jeffrey HImmediately on a leaving had a low tire sensor. I was already on the highway, so I proceeded to the nearest place and put air in the tire. I also contacted the office and advised them that it had a low tire. It did not give any other problems throughout my trip
JEFFREY DUtility hand truck was missing a buckle and I was shorted one blanket.I liked the relatively low mileage on the truck.

Xiaoling LI was standing in the rain for 30 min trying to get the lock undone per the instructions and it wouldn’t budge. I had to call a friend to come help me because U-Haul never answered when I called
Valerie FFirst, the lady in the office was very nice and very helpful but we got an enclosed trailer, from KC,MO to Denver, CO. The trailer had a bad tire, after we unloaded the 1 load we took out there, which was 10 hours of the truck shaking and watching the trailer shake while going down the road, we had to call road side assistance, they took the trailer. So we didn't get it for the 4 days and we had to make SEVERAL trips using just our 2 vehicles. It ruined almost everything inside between the vibrations and dirt!! Ended up having to buy my daughter a new shelf because hers was ruined in the trailer!!
AARON SI have rented from this location for several years. "Ms. N's" is the Mgr, I believe, and she and her team have provided exceptional service previously. On this particular 24-hour rental, there was a breakdown in communication (their parking lot was undergoing asphalt work, resulting in disruptions to the quality of service). While my rental process experienced some hiccups, I was impressed with "Mr. J's" care and determination to work to make things better. This young man had been well-trained to care for the client, and he said all the right things; AND I believe him! After my rental, "Ms. N" returned my phone call and took nice steps to convey her regret in what had occurred. There will always be surprises in life, and sometimes mistakes will happen. What I appreciate about this location is its quality of care for customers when things don't go as planned. I appreciate the Mgt and I wish more businesses had a guy of character like "Mr. J". I will rent from this location again. T. McMillin
