When I stopped in to inquire, they said it was $19.95 for the rental and $1.00 a mile. Round trip I drove 355 miles. When I turned in my truck they said it was $1.29 a mile. Which added around $200 to my bill. They need to be more accurate and honest when giving quotes. I will definitely not use this dealer again.

Your systems were down. We waited almost an hour and a half. Meanwhile we had 3 men on standby that we still had to pay. Our gal was amazing. The service was and always has been good. I understand things happen. I will continue to use and recommend UHaul Algona.

Neal SThe pick up of the vehicle was a disaster. I arrived at the address listed on my app/confirmation, which was a parking lot with several U-Haul vehicles and trailers. I searched several surrounding buildings for someone to assist with the pick up, and nobody knew where the rep was, where their office was, who I could reach out to...I entered an adjacent building, and the lone occupant was a cell phone provider. I asked them if they knew who I could reach out to, and they said something like "that's us". The location and parking lot had no signage, no directions, no "call here if you have problems", and the person that finally assisted lacked customer service skills, seemed to be "off put" by our presence, and was otherwise not helpful at all. What should have been a 10-15 minute transaction took 45 minutes to an hour. Very unprofessional and extremely inconvenient and a time waste.
Jeffrey MUpdate your website to reflect that you need to go to the cellular place to rent before driving over to the appliance place to pick up. Steve was great to work with but the setback of driving 2 places set us back. Thankfully we didnt need it the full amount of time we reserved it for

Daniel JIs an empty building that is on a one way street. There are no employees there to help. The drop box is hard to get open to put the key in. Change those things and it would be fine
