The employee didn’t know how to use the UHaul system to check me in. Nor did he know how to hook on a trailer to my hitch! He said he was too weak. I asked if the had a portable lift and he said no! This location should no be allowed to represent UHaul! Additionally the first location I was sent to pick up a trailer was a Suspension shop in Jackson Minnesota. This location had gone out of business yet didn’t let UHaul know! I could see the trailers in their parking lot but their phone had been disconnected and their power turned off. I had to drive 1.5 hours to Algona to pick up a trailer after learning I could not get the one in Jackson, MN. Please update your site and terminate both this location and the Appliance store in Algona, Iowa!!
