Uhaul changed my location and pick u time from 8am to 9am the night before my move without prior notice. I chatted with you that evening and was honored a $50 discount for the inconvenience. However upon picking up trck at the new location staff member said she could kot give me the discount. In addition I ordered supplies that were not available at new location but was still charged to my credit card! Very bad business, shame on you for not honoring the discount and not following through.
Michelle DI would totally warn people NOT to rent from "appliances 4 you". They tried to charge me $85 for gas. I had filled the gas to a little more than when I picked it up. I had only driven 20 miles. I went back the next morning and asked to look in the cab. I had taken pictures of before and after (luckily) and the vehicle had not moved an inch, and the gas gage was at the same point as when I parked it. They tried to scam me but got caught. No apologies, just a "oh, we'll refund you." The truck bed was dirty as was the cab interior. I cleaned the bed before and after using it. ALWAYS TAKE PICTURES!
