It was dirty and the back area and check engine light was on and when I picked up the U-Haul there was nobody there when I dropped it off there was nobody there when I picked it up I had a little more than half a tank and when I dropped it off I put the fuel back exactly where it was I put $40 in there I only drove 30 miles and when I returned it they charged me over $50 for fuel and I was charged $30 for like an insurance that didn't want so I was charged a little over $80 extra and when I went to go back to the location to talk to them about the fuel and ask why I was charged more again nobody was there and nobody answers your phones would not recommend this place or U-Haul better to either hire a moving company or rent a truck from Home Depot extremely poor service

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe people were friendly over the phone. They gave the necessary info. for us to drop off the equipment which we did as no one was able to be at the location. I took pictures of the equipment as we left it unattended and dropped the key in the box. It all worked well enough.
