We went into the store to process exit paperwork. Drop off is actually behind the store. It would be helpful if the website mentioned this somewhere. No problem though, we just had to move the truck. Parking behind the store was a little tight.
David LLow reception on phone and needed to check out by 6 or get charged 20.00 Also would be good idea to have complete full of gas for return had to monitor to 3/4 and went over &5.00 manager and workers at Ace were great

Jesus AI was frustrated because I returned my truck after hours and I could not find the key drop and the store was closed. The next day, they said it was on the backside of the store- I would never have thought to go back there, as the store is part of a strip mall!

Jourdain BOur experience started on Del Monte in Monterey. HORRIBLE. I had just flown in from San Diego to move my daughter from Monterey to Auburn. Del Monte could not provide a vehicle because they couldn't find thte key to 2 trucks and another truck had a flat tire. In order to get a truck we then had to drive all the way to Aptos and back before we could begin packing. We had movers to help us but lost them due to time moving 2 hours later which meant we have to move it all ourselves. This whole experience was horrible. So many more issues. Our unpackers on the other end had to wait 3 hours later to unpack us. So uncool.

Sandra Tthe confirmation of my return and receipt was delayed for a day. I was told by the local representative it was a computer glitch. I was concerned.
