The original pick up spot was changed at the last minute. The manager who gave me the keys stated that there was 1/4 of a tank of gas and there were only 26 miles left in the tank. The truck was clunky and I was afraid it would break down. I was charged twice for two different amounts and no one from U-Haul advised me via email what my final charge were. They did not communicate with me the final bill. I hope I never need a haul truck again!!!

Hard to find parking for uhaul
Robert DGreat in person transaction with real people. Highly recommend this location. Super friendly knowledgeable staff. I will never use the Uhaul app for self-service pickup because Uhaul computer systems is always broken
