No help, it took nearly an hour to get the truck. I did the initial reservation on line and usually you go in they take you out look at the truck, sign and you're gone. I had to basically redo the whole thing again using the less than intuitive app on my phone. If I'm going to have to do an offsite pickup again I will go elsewhere to rent. There was only a gas station attendant who handed me a sheet of paper with phone numbers for uhaul support. Never again will I use that terrible app.

It is not a physical location. It's a gas station, which would be convenient if everything went through the app. I checked in through the app, but it told me to go inside for assistance. When I went inside the gas station employee had no clue about anything with U-Haul. I then called the support line to help me get into the lock box, but multiple reps told me I needed to go inside. Eventually the gas station employee comes out and calls the cops on me for waiting in the parking lot too long. Thankfully a U-Haul support rep was finally able to help me get into the lock box and I was on my way. One piece of advice: if trucks are being picked up from non-U-Haul locations, then make sure that that place is well-informed on how U-Haul works and is able to assist customers when needed.

Gas station with no clue.

The geo location didn't work. But Anthony was extremely helpful to get me going. The truck had a lot of garbage in the back, and a lot of candy leftovers in the cabin.

With no actual human at this location, the app took me over 45 minutes and several attempts to have the location be confirmed. This was extremely frustrating and in the future I will only use a staffed location.
