Was promised a call to get this resolved and no one has called yet. Pick up was a nightmare. This wasn’t even the place I chose, I was moved here by a rep. I booked over a week in advance so I don’t understand how this happens. No key was available, had to wait outside in the sun for 45 mins for uhaul rep (who was very helpful).

U-Haul switched the pickup location the day before I picked it up. I had to drive 45 minutes to get it..very poor
Greg TAs a long time customer, I did not enjoy the responsibility of checking the truck back in on my own. I wasn't sure where to park and felt like I was blocking parking spots. Then had to take pictures and it was glitching so they wouldn't load. I really enjoyed previous locations with the interaction and support from staff. You should get a discount from locations without staff.
Caley NPlease inform the business owner of the process of self-check in. The employee attempted to take the truck keys, asked inappropriate questions, and delayed the day needlessly because he did not know how the customer side of the Uhaul rental worked.
STEPHANIE BIt was a gas station with a one truck parked there. I scheduled a pick 1 mile where the place had staff and 50 trucks.
