I originally rented a truck for a week until we unfortunately had record rains and flooding which had it stuck behind a floooded road for an extra week. I was informed that something would be done so that I wouldn’t be charged the full price. Unfortunately that did not happen and instead received rude calls about when it would be returned. Will never rent a U-Haul again from any location.
Chris DAlso, Justin down in Central City discussed the process with me the day before. He didn't have what I needed but found the right trailer for me in Madisonville. He was very professional. The folks in Madisonville at Arctic were great also.

KAILEY RReturn was after hours. Attempted to return via the app however the app deleted the photos I submitted and continued request photos. I attempted to do this three times with the same result.finally I gave up and just returned the key in the drop box. I will call in the morning to confirm return.

TIMOTHY CThe clerk was not trained properly, was not attentive, and did not have the desire to rent or assist with the rental. She blamed the main U-haul phone personnel and just told me she could not help me. I have to call the U-Haul main phone number and fix the situation. Then she intentionally scrutinized everything else in the process looking for a reason not to rent the equipment.

Stephen HEverything. I arrived for my U-Haul and was informed there wasn’t any however there was a 26ft sitting there. I booked the morning before , checked in online and scanned license in. A lady came in approximately 20 minutes after me who had just booked that morning, for the same truck, she proceeded to check her in for the truck. Her appointment time was also after mine. The resolution was for me to drive an hour away for another U-Haul then drive 2 hours to my destination. Another U-haul arrived and then I still had to wait because the lady couldn’t get in the truck to read the mileage. I offered to do it and she said you can’t and if someone doesn’t get here before we close you won’t be able to get a truck until Monday. Very poor experience.

HALLIE GAgain the app was horrible returning the truck. It did not give us a drop off location like we were told it would, thankfully we got it figured out after another phone call. Then it froze up & would not let me finish all the steps of returning the truck. Terrible experience on the app!

Tom MArctic Refrigeration marked me down as a full tank when I picked it up and it actually was about 7/8 full.....so that's the level I returned the truck at. Need to pay more attention when marking the fuel level.
MARTY GI found the drop off procedure to be problematic. I couldn't log in to drop the truck off, my son had to do it with his phone. Mine wouldn't show the location. Then having to go through taking all the pictures. As much as it cost me to move Hire someone to check the condition of the truck yourself.
