JARRETT SWas misinformed about charging the 1.09 for mileage. Then when I talked to someone in customer service they wanted to blame me for misunderstanding
KAILEY RReturn was after hours. Attempted to return via the app however the app deleted the photos I submitted and continued request photos. I attempted to do this three times with the same result.finally I gave up and just returned the key in the drop box. I will call in the morning to confirm return.
